I have worked with young people for eleven years, both as a counsellor for Face2Face and in schools, and during that time I helped clients deal with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, self-harm, and relationship problems. I also have a private practice working with young people and adults. I have a diploma in counselling skills from Oxford Brookes University.

I was one of the founding members who set up and ran Face2Face Youth Counselling Service for eighteen years. During this time I spent six years specialising in providing drug and alcohol counselling for young people throughout Oxfordshire. I specialise in psychodrama which I use in my work with young people and adults. I am a qualified supervisor and have been in private practice since 2008. I am currently working as a school counsellor and behaviour manager, providing support for students, staff and parents. I am Family Links Parent Group Leader.
